MOWADITA believes that empowering women with disabilities economically is key to achieving independence, dignity, and equality. We are committed to creating pathways that help them overcome financial exclusion and realize their full potential as active contributors to their families, communities, and the national economy.

Our economic empowerment initiatives include:

• ✅ Entrepreneurship and Business Skills Training:
  We provide practical training in entrepreneurship, helping women with disabilities to start, manage, and grow their own small businesses. The training covers areas like business planning, financial literacy, customer care, and marketing.

• ✅ Access to Start-Up Capital and Small Business Grants:
  Through our projects and partnerships, we offer seed capital and small grants to women-led business initiatives. These funds help them kick-start or expand income-generating activities, boosting their economic independence.

• ✅ Vocational Skills Development:
  We offer vocational training in various trades such as tailoring, beadwork, baking, agriculture, and crafts. These skills help beneficiaries to become self-reliant and capable of earning a sustainable income.

• ✅ Linkages to Financial Services:
  We connect women with disabilities to microfinance institutions, savings and credit groups, and cooperatives. This increases their access to loans, savings, and other financial products tailored to their needs.

• ✅ Mentorship and Coaching:
  Women receive ongoing support from business mentors and successful entrepreneurs who guide them in managing challenges, making strategic decisions, and scaling up their businesses.

• ✅ Market Access and Exposure:
  We facilitate access to markets by organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events where women can showcase and sell their products and services.
